Crossville has received the Award of Excellence from Floor Covering News and the World Floor Covering Association at a ceremony held in Roslyn, New York on May 5th.
The Award of Excellence was introduced 15 years ago as an opportunity for manufacturers’ customers—retailers, distributors, designers, installers, specifiers, etc.—to honor the companies that consistently provide the best service, professionalism of sales force, management responsiveness, value, design, handling of claims and ease of doing business.
Votes for the Award are procured through full-page advertisements in Floor Covering News as well as on the Floor Covering News website and at trade shows such as Surfaces. The WFCA also emailed the ballot to its 3,500+ members urging them to vote. There were close to 5,400 total votes cast this year.
Individual category winners were selected in two groups based on their sales volume. Crossville received the overall Award of Excellence in its category and will be featured with other winners in the June 6 issue of Floor Covering News.
